- SMT Machine Operator (Surface Mount Technology)
- Job Description:
- Operate SMT production lines according to the production plan.
- Prepare components, set up feeders, and perform component changeovers on the machines.
- Monitor machine operation and inspect output quality to ensure no defects issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery as per technical guidelines.
- QC Staff (Test & Rework)
- Job Description:
- Testing: Use measuring devices and specialized testing equipment (ICT, FCT) to check the functionality of electronic boards after assembly.
- Reworking: Repair defects on circuit boards
- Classify Pass/NG products and promptly report systemic issues to the technical department.
- Electronics Assembly Staff
- Job Description:
- Perform assembly of electronic components according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Conduct visual inspections of products during the assembly process.
- Work on the assembly line, ensuring progress and meeting assigned production quotas.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PCES focuses on work attitude and growth potential. All new hires will receive comprehensive theoretical and practical training.
- Skills: Dexterity and good eyesight (suitable for handling small components).
- Attitude: Honest, disciplined, highly responsible, and eager to learn in a technical environment.
- Preferred: Candidates with basic knowledge of electronic components or prior experience in PCBA factories are at an advantage.
