P&C Warranty Policy

Effective Date:

1. Warranty Coverage
P&C warrants that all products supplied by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

2. What is Covered
・ Manufacturing defects in hardware and electronic components
・ Faulty PCB assembly due to our production error
・ Defects related to firmware, mechanical parts, or modules (for OEM/ODM orders)

3. What is Not Covered
・ Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
・ Wear and tear through normal operation
・ External factors such as natural disasters, power surges, or accidents
・ Third-party components not manufactured or supplied by P&C

4. Warranty Process
To request a warranty service:

   1. Notify our customer service team at support@pncsolutions.com

    ・ Product serial number or purchase reference
 ・ Description of the defect or issue
 ・ Supporting photos or test reports (if applicable)

   2. P&C will evaluate the claim within 5 business days.

   3. Upon approval, the product will either be:
 ・ Repaired free of charge
 ・ Replaced with a new or equivalent unit
 ・ Refunded (if agreed and no replacement is possible)

5. Return & Shipping
・ The customer is responsible for shipping the product to P&C’s service center.
・ P&C will cover the return shipping cost for warranty-approved claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

P&C is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
